At Hekaya Comics, we aim to deliver top-notch products and ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, here’s our return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a comic, collectible, or any product that’s damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Note:
- Digital comics or downloadable content cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Collector’s items or limited editions may have different return terms (specified on product pages).
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email returns@hekayacomics.co.ke with your order number, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Approval: Once we review your request, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging: Ensure items are returned in original packaging to avoid further damage.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage not due to our fault.
4. Exchanges
Want a replacement instead? We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items — subject to availability.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:
- Check your bank account or payment provider.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.

6. Special Items
For collectibles, signed editions, or limited-run comics, return and refund policies may differ. Please review product descriptions for any unique terms.
